NEW WATCHES
All our new custom watches come with a 1-year warranty. This covers the movement, dial, hands, bezel, crystal, crown, and caseback installation. The warranty applies to material defects and damage from normal use. It does not cover modifications by others, damage caused by mishandling, or improper care.

While our watches are water-resistant and tested for durability, we strongly advise against wearing them in rapidly changing conditions, such as a sauna, or in extremely dirty or dusty environments. This use may void the warranty.

Note: Watch straps and spring bars are not covered under warranty, as they are subject to wear. Cosmetic wear, such as scratches or dents, is also excluded.

PRE-OWNED WATCHES
Pre-owned watches are sold “as is” but are guaranteed to be fully functional unless stated otherwise. Check the product details for information on extras like boxes, tags, papers, or active manufacturer warranties (if applicable).

UPGRADES
Our Seiko SKX upgrade service includes a movement, crown, and crystal replacement as standard. The movement is regulated and the watch is tested for water resistance before it is returned to you.

Upgraded parts are covered by a 1-year warranty against material defects. This does not cover the original case, caseback, bezel, or any other parts not replaced as part of the service, nor damage from mishandling or modifications made after the watch has left us.

STRAPS
Straps are not covered by a standard warranty, as they are wear-and-tear items. However, if you notice a defect upon delivery, contact us immediately for a replacement.
