From Seikomods to Original Creations

Blacksmithmods started in the world of Seikomods—customizing Seiko watches by swapping dials, hands, bezels, crystals, and movements to create something truly personal. What began as a fascination with the endless modding possibilities quickly became a passion for craftsmanship and design.

It all started with my first “gateway watch,” the Seiko SKX009. That watch opened the door to a thriving community of tinkerers and creators. Before long, I went from simple bezel swaps to building full custom pieces for customers who wanted something no one else had. Over time, I built a trusted network of suppliers, completed dozens of builds, and found a loyal base of watch enthusiasts who shared the same love for individuality and mechanical beauty.

Now, Blacksmithmods is entering a new chapter. I’m shifting focus from Seiko-based mods to creating my own original designs—timepieces that reflect my own vision and design language, while carrying forward the same hands-on craftsmanship that started it all. These watches are built from the ground up, using high-quality components and Seiko automatic movements as their foundation.

That said, custom builds are still part of the Blacksmithmods DNA. Whether you’re dreaming of a one-off design, a personalized mod, or just a few custom touches, I’m always open to creating something together.

Every Blacksmith watch is waterproof-tested, movement-regulated, and backed by a 1-year warranty. The shop features ready-to-ship models, but I’m just as happy to discuss your ideas and help bring them to life.
