This website is operated by Blacksmith Watches (www.blacksmithwatches.fi). We sell watches and watch accessories through our online store.

Orders
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. We use this data to fulfill your order, send order confirmations, and handle returns or customer service inquiries.

Payment is processed entirely by PayPal. We do not store or have access to your card or bank details. PayPal’s own privacy policy applies to payment data.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use it to send you our newsletter. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. We also store your subscription status and how you subscribed (e.g. via the website form or as an existing customer).

Customer feedback
After a purchase, we may send you a feedback request by email. If you submit feedback, we collect your name, star rating, and review text. Your feedback may be displayed publicly on our website under the name you provide.

Cookies
